As a Founder, Julien is responsible for the tech recruitment department of Tech Rise Ventures. A role that fits his knowledge of and network within the tech community well. Within this fast-paced world, Julien gets his energy from sparring with clients and candidates about trending tech topics in the digital world. David is part of the investment branch of Tech Rise Ventures. His background for the last ten years is within the scale up community for large crowdfunding platform and renowned Belgium VC firm. Where he worked with partners across a range of sectors on investment cases. Within Tech Rise Ventures, David acts as a sparring partner for companies in setting their funding strategy together in building successful teams.
Patrick is a senior IT recruiter with over 15 years experience. His recruitment career started in 2007, and he has been going strong ever since having placed over 500 professionals globally.
Staying up to date on the latest tech trends is what makes Patrick a great connector, as well as his natural feel for talent. From his many years of recruitment experience, Patrick can guarantee a perfect match between client and professional.
Ambitious, driven and relentless are three key aspects to describe Arjan. Energised by these elements, he will always try to go the extra mile. As Consultant Tech Recruitment & Head of Marketing, Arjan supports the tech recruitment department at Tech Rise Ventures as well as the development and optimisation of the brand. With a background in hospitality and marketing, Arjan was born to connect with people, discuss the needs of clients and discover the opportunities with candidates, and is in his element when analysing the best ways to reach them.
Marije Lutgendorff recently joined the Tech Rise Ventures team and will help Piet Hein with the executive search.
Marije started as a crowdfunding consultant back in 2013 and helped many organisations with their crowdfunding campaign. She published a handbook for entrepreneurs about this subject in 2014. Since 2016 she helps outperforming Saas scaleups throughout Europe find Venture Capital. She has been active in the tech / scale up scene for quite some time now and even though the recruiting area is new, it feels natural as Marije seems to be a born connector.
Jeshaja could be described as an energetic and knowledgeable consultant. He enjoys sparring with clients and candidates about the most trending topics in the fast-paced world of technology. Jeshaja is both transparent and creative and together with his portfolio of clients he strives to create an efficient workflow. With many years of software development recruitment experience he knows the industry and has enough technical overview in order to perform his role well
Robin is a creative, goal-oriented and versatile individual. Using his knowledge in the cross-section of Business, IT and Data Science he is a strong asset to the Tech Rise Capital team as investment analyst. His background as founder, software developer, and business student highlights his curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt. His goal is achieved when your problem is solved.
David is originally from Spain but fell in love with Holland once he got here. He loves to ride his bike every day whilst listening to podcasts about technology. This love of technology is the reason why he started working as a technical recruiter and explains his background as a founder in tech. Today he is happy to be part of the amazing Tech Rise team.

Colin can be described as data driven, sales-oriented and ambitious. He is driven to innovate the business development department of Tech Rise Ventures using the newest technologies. His background in sales and technology, allows him to quickly identify the technological needs of an organization. Colin brings a great level of commitment, with the aspiration of reaching the best possible results.
Three ways to describe Sander would be ambitious, driven and a people person. Sander supports the tech recruitment department as Recruitment Consultant at Tech Recruitment. With a background in sales and marketing, Sander is born networker and connecter. He is the best in his element when he connects with new people while learning on the go from the experienced members at Tech Rise Ventures.
Rick can be described as a creative, result-driven team-player. He assists in setting up the digital recruitment department and works as a Research Associate for Tech Rise Ventures, which involves collecting and analyzing data for better positioning. Next to that, he is eager to develop himself, and to learn from his colleagues. His past experience in recruitment allows him to apply his knowledge to his day-to-day responsibilities, contributing to the team in a positive and structured manner, and striving for the best results!
Drenit is a strong addition to the Tech Recruitment Team. Originating from Kosovo, Drenit has worked with numerous multinationals during his career. He has a background in Computer Science and recruitment and specializes in the Quantitative Finance space. He is a born sales person with the advanced technological knowledge. He is passionate about cryptocurrencies, the automotive industry and sports.
An enthusiastic, resourceful, and sociable young professional. Originally from Hungary, Gizella has studied her Bsc in Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam for 3 years. After completing an internship in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment she fell in love with the idea of finding talent and connecting people with opportunities. Passionate to learn about anything related to people: art, social issues, psychology.
Currently studying Communications and Media at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, it is with a motivated attitude and a fresh mind that Rio joins the marketing front of operations as an intern. Born in the US and raised in Paris, Rio has been through different experiences from travelling to working which allow him to have an open-minded perspective on tasks at hand. A strong communicator and a people person, he is always trying to figure out the best possible outcome for any task. Also, Rio is determined to apply his knowledge from university to the working world. He is really enthusiastic about the idea to help the company brand grow and achieve greater and better things. He believes that he can bring to the table new insights and ideas to help further TechRise’s goals.
Aleksandra is the Polish addition to the Tech Rise Marketing Team. She is a student of Economics and Business, but her heart is set on assisting creative ventures. Being both energetic and structured, she is building up the Tech Rise communities and organising a range of events for them. Her values are strongly aligned with that of Tech Rise, that human relationships are the key for success at any workplace.
